HOW TO MEASURE & INSTALL VIDEOS

How to Measure & Install Roller Shade Roll Screens: This video Explains how to measure and install Roller Shade Screens. The video explains how to measure and install for inside and outside mounting, it covers the full spectrum for all possible roll shade installations.

To tie down our exterior roll shades, we include tie down bungees and wall hooks.
Height (length): Our standard height Exterior Patio Roll Shade Screens are made the same versatile height, they are made to have a max height of 85". Ball stops are included with the roll shade kit so that you can put the ball stop on the pull chain to set an exact length. Meaning, once you roll down the shade to the desired length, you attach the ball stop on the chain so that when rolled down from that point forward, it will stop at that exact length every time. This is crucial to using the bungee cord tie down system. Our roll shades can be set to extend all the way down to 85" or at any other shorter height.

Warranty: I give a 45-day warranty on my roll shades.  I do not warrant any personal damage.  If anything goes wrong with a roll shade, it is from installation. Now with that said, I am very understanding and reasonable; I can, by all means, help supply you with all replacement repair parts. If there is a valid warranty need, it would be immediately like if the shade happens to have been made the wrong size, which has never happened, by the way. Personal damage that is not covered by warranty examples are - If you install the shade and do not put the brackets close enough to the clutch or idler end, and that shade falls out of those brackets, that IS NOT an on-me warranty situation. That obviously resulted from the way you installed the shade; therefore, any damage that occurs is personal damage, not warranty.  If you have a user that chews up the clutch gears, that is personal damage, not warranty.   If a user forces the chain's ball stop through the clutch and chews up the teeth, that is personal damage, not warranty.  If you leave the shade down and it gets damaged from wind, that is personal damage, not warranty.   These shades are built very well, and are made from very high end materials, so if you take care of them, they will be good to you.
